TireWare considers privacy on the TireWare website of great importance.
The TireWare Application is a secure platform that only each client, or its authorized designees, can access. Our clients retain all rights in their TireWare Application content, which is information provided by each client and integrated into their application.
In recognition of the competition that exists within and among the tire industry, all customers, customer related information and any other confidential proprietary information provided by our clients to TireWare, shall be utilized solely by TireWare for the purposes of the performance of this application and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
The Site contains links to other web sites. TireWare is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites.
All financial
and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to
bill for the Service.
The TireWare name, the TireWare logo, and the product names associated with
this Service are trademarks of TireWare or third parties, and no right or
license is granted to use them.
TireWare’s Security Statement
TireWare utilizes Rackspace to host our application and your database. Rackspace is the number one IT hosting solution in the industry. It maintains the servers, updates and administers them, provides redundancy, and backs up your data every day. Rackspace guarantees your data is secure and always available to you, with a “100% network uptime guarantee” with their 4 US data centers.
Our clients provide each User in their organizations with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a User logs on. Moreover, each client has their own secure database for their organization.
