Choosing the right software for a small business is a very important and sometimes difficult task. Our business was still using hand written tickets. I had no experience using any software for my business. Last year after demoing about every tire store software out there I decided to go with Tireware. I liked the idea of no software to install and no updates to install later down the road. Being a web based software seemed to be the way of the future. One nice feature for me was being able to pay a monthly fee instead of spending $5000 to $12000 to purchase other companies software only to find you have to spend another another $1000 each year for updates and $3000 on a computer that will operate and back it up properly. With Tireware I use my $600 home computer with no problems.

The best part of Tireware is the customer service and technical staff. I have never seen any company that was better. The initial setup of inventory, pricing, accounts etc. was a very daunting task for someone that had never had a physical count of inventory. The staff at Tireware made this large task much easier with help each step of the way. When I have any questions large or small they are always there.

I never really believed that I could financially justify the purchase of software for my business. Was I ever wrong. After using Tireware for only six months I saw a significant increase in gross profit. I now can properly run my business using Tireware. Since Tireware is web-based I can see how my business is doing anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
